just click one of the three icons underneath to choose what you want to listen through - windows player seems to be the most reliable for me.
-
I think you need to click one (or all) of the 3 option to listen in winmap/wmplayer or real....I finally got it working in real...

-
I can't get radio robins to work, so am listening to the BBC Camb commentary. It's evidently not on such a big delay.

No wonder his concentration wavers sometimes, it must be really hard to concentrate

-
I refer the honourable gentleman...
-
I wish Tony would stop calling him Glee
Apparently he's very popular - especially amongst those who frequent Canal Street!
-
I refer the honourable gentleman...
Ah! Missed that! and I'm not that honourable - ask Jennifer's Mum!
-
this is where Kenny comes on the radio now lol
JL had 2-1 HT while game was still going on,on the radio, wonder if its got a built in time lag?

Its very common, if you have digital and analogue radio/TVs try playing the same channel on each at the same time. Sometimes I do it deliberately in case I miss a bit!
Edit: or perhaps its in case one of Dennis Birch's rants gets picked up by the mike so they have time to delete it ;D
-
my link has broken unable currently to retrieve.....have they gone for a bovril and a wagon wheel?
and what's on harold's sarnies today?
I've had bbq chicken and mayo with cheese and onion crisps...
-
We are streaming live not via skype as before but the delay is about 30secs
-
I'm at home this afternoon, but next Saturday it will be cheese,Oops sorry ham and Pickle
-
When I was up at Moss Lane at the end of last season we in the club shop(5 Live) knew about a minute before the bar(Sky TV) that United had scored the penalty.
-

There is a direct link between the non discussion of H's sarnie fillings, the birth of Radio Robins and Ecky's car parking spot with our current unbeaten run.

I'll be having chip butties soon from the newly opened Girdle Toll Cafe (which is not a cafe, but a chippy) and is run by a tall balding pot bellied man who isn't me!
-
has the game restarted yet as no radio robins
-
All I can get is a repeat of the half time summary
-
Me too.
Still 2-1 and Cambridge have had 1 shot off target in the 2nd half.
-
are you getting the commentry?
-
2-2 from radio cambridge
-
Bollocks! 2-2.
-

Radio Robins back but about 2 minutes behind BBC Cambridge
-
Sounds like we're clinging on. A point might not be terrible from here. Got to hope Histon and Wrexham can do something.
-
We'll get back into the game now the commetary is back!
-
tamworth 1-1
-
wish i had harold's optimism...
-
Att 1161. 190 away fans
-
just beginning to sound like we're getting into it a bit more...
-
FGR two up.
And now Connors sent off.
-
Connors red is a disaster
-
Oh dear - that's a big miss for the next game
-
Come on Alty got to get at least a point here...
-
Sounds like the ref just panicked and gave yellows to the 2 men involved rather than just the guilty Cambridge player.
-
I'd settle for a point now.
No more injuries, no more red cards please!
-
Connors will miss the FGR game and then presumably won't play against Fleetwood.
Poor discipline has cost us massively throughout this season.
-
another ref making himself the centre of attention....can't we just play the game without them coz I'm thoroughly sick of them
-
wonder if that was a bit of a cambridge plan wind connors up and get a second yellow
-
Gonna be a grim 10 minutes....
-
3-0 FFGR
-
FGR three up. Think we need to win there.
-
tamworth losing.. at last some better news
-
5 mins of added time.....oh that's OK I had cambridges winner in the 6th minute of added time so that can't possible happen now!
-
2-2. F/T.
-
why do i feel so deflated at a draw
-
16 Cambridge 41 -7 45
17 Barrow 40 -14 43
18 Tamworth 41 -17 43
19 Hayes & Y 41 -28 42
20 Southport 40 -10 41
21 Forest Green 41 -18 41
22 Altrincham 41 -35 41
23 Eastbourne B 40 -33 32
24 Histon 39 -35 27
I hate Wrexham
-
I'm waiting to hear how bad Reeves's injury is before assessing how bad today's been.
-
well on the one hand we're still right in it, undefeated in 5 etc but we need to pull a result out on one of the occasions when it matters.....maybe FGR will be the day against the ideal people to pull a performance out of the bag....
And next time we are leading can we please be professiona and make sure...stick it in row z..make no doubt about it and keep our discipline?!!?...that goal back before half time was the turning point and that's what is flipping making me a bit angry to be honest....if I was driving Mr Joseph and crashed into the ship canal how would he view my momentary loss of concentration????

Mr Joseph would probably view it as dangerous driving, which is of course nothing like not putting the ball out of play in defence when under pressure. utter rubbish.

totally agree lets remember it could have been worse we could have lost ,my biggest fear is we will go down on goal difference
-
Gutted after today to be honest, really could have done with a win. Saw Dale hobble down the tunnel ten from the end, looked like he could hardly walk, Twiss is sh*te.
-
I am gutted today, we were two up, we made 2 stupid mistakes for the goals. For both goals Joseph should have found row Z, I dont care if he was fouled after the first goal you would have thought he would have put it out for a throw. As well as this Connors misses the crunch game next week. Hopefully we wont look back on this week at the end of the season and think what if.....
-
What was really scary was how ineffectual Twiss and Beesley were when they came on. Robbie Williams had a nightmare as well.
I suppose we have to be happy with a draw after that, although we should have been out of sight after half an hour.
-
Just got back from work, can anyone tell me what happened with Connors' sending off? I've been told it was unfair?
-
Connors' made a rash tackle for his first yellow and the second was a strange one, i think he was having a nibble at the cambridge player and then he ended up being flipped over the cambridge players back. Not sure he should have been sent off but wasnt close enough to say for sure. There was a big melee afterwards which I think more players should have been in the book for... Hopefully someone has the incident on video

Sadly most of us have realised that since we were a Woodley sports back in fkn July.. Pity Heathcote didnt realise it also The man is fkn bone idle. I could mark him out of a game with me fkn coat on.

The first one was probably on reflection on the benevolent side in being rewarded by a Yellow rather than a red IMHO. I've just seen a far less 'forceful' challenge in the Arsenal Blackburn game result in a dismissal.
I can only imagine that the second yellow was for a tackle which provoked the wrestling hold and subsequent melee.
Incidentally the Cambridge player can IMHO count himself a touch fortunate that on the whole Mr Barratt was fairly lenient throughout the game. I know of a number of officials who would have parked the two of them

I'm waiting to hear how bad Reeves's injury is before assessing how bad today's been.
News on the injuries,......Reeves pulled his right hamstring, never had a hammy before so not sure how bad until tuesday but he said it was sore. Dale got booted in the calf first half and muscle was well swollen, soundslike may be possible for FGR. Robbie Willaims was tentative all afternoon as worried about his groin, but it was OK, thus why he was a little indecisive today. Smithy out next week but OK after that, but Anthony back and maybe Shaun off the bench?
Dont know what team we will have tuesday as quite a few players are injured, suspended or ineligible, we could only think of 10 first teamers who could play, so sounds like Kenny will play a few of the youths, not that it matters,...providing we dont get any more injuries/suspensions >:(
-
Is it true that none of the new players can play even if we wanted them too?
Johnson, Young or Bateson?
-
Also, am I right to assume that the CSC final won't count towards either Smith or Connors's suspensions?
-
All ineligible as far as we know, defo Young/bateson Johnson too as wasnt on books at semi-final stage. Dale probably not fit anyway.
-
Also, am I right to assume that the CSC final won't count towards either Smith or Connors's suspensions?
Correct
-
My view on today
Coburn - made some excellent saves and it could have been a worse day without him - correct decision for MOM
young - Steady and at least tried to get heads up, less effective at corners than last season
Williams - Lightweight, leaggy passes continually fail to find red shirt
Joseph - His fault for 1st goal, steady apart from that lapse
Pierliugi ( soz for spelling ) - steady. solid
Bateson - ?
Beesley - ?
Twiss - can hold the ball but had no-one to play to - still too slow
Johnson - had some good flicks and holding play, will be missed if injured
Reeves - missed a sitter again - will be missed if injured
Lawton - Played with passion, just lacking in agility-took goal well
Connors - Played with passion always snapping and is always likely to pick up cards HUGE miss next week
Clee - excellent skill level, but fades in 2nd half. needs to go direct more
Baynes - poor poor poor, playing like a can't be a**ed loan player that he is !
We played liked two teams today - the good passing team with ideas in the first and the relegation team with heads down in the second.
Its going to be a long few games

Agree with this, Bateson had a steady game did pretty well and Williams played terribly and think he made the whole back four/five look nervous, well done to Ken for spotting this, Shame Smithy wasnt fit, Beesley never got going,
To be fair we are probably one of the form teams in the league and have still got Dens to come back into the team
-
Just before he was subbed there a final straw when he gave it away for the hundredth time and McKenna ran to the sub and said "you're on right now!"
-
Is it true that none of the new players can play even if we wanted them too?
Johnson, Young or Bateson?
Seeing as Dale Johnson played for Hyde against us at Moss Lane in an earlier round of the competition, he is cup-tied and, therefore, ineligible for Tuesday's CSC Final.
-
Twiss,Beesley & Baynes = UTTER GARBAGE >:( >:( >:(
-
What really annoys me about Baynes, is the fact that we have seen when he has played against us for Wrexham that he is a talented player, however he has absolutely no desire for the fight. Time and gain he pulls out of tackles that he should be winning. With Densi warming up again before yesterday's game and hopefully not too far from fitness, could we save some cash by terminating Baynes's loan?
