Up front next season ?
« on: May 11, 2007, 04:33:28 PM »

Rod Thronley and Colin Little are the partnership for me and I think if they had played more games together in the conference we would not be relegated. When Thornley plays we look dangerous and I think those two are our best forwards. Joe started to prove me wrong towrds the end of the season as early in the season I said he was useless. Joe tries so hard and he should score more goals next season, but I think Thornley would score a lot more and its goals we need, as if we keep our defence we shouldn't leak many goals next season.

Another idea next season could be playing rod out wide and having Joe and Col up front, especially at home,  because we have to be honest the standard is so much worse. Last point as I'm whaffling on but we MUST attack teams next year not go one up and defend. I think Lewis may leave but if we keep everyone else plus two wingers and maybe a tall striker it will be happy days. Maybe we can persuade Senior.

Not sure Chris Senior is the tall striker we're looking for.  :D

Just a pity you can't bloody finish Ollie otherwise you and Col Little would make a great team  ;D

That my friend is a contradiction if ever i have seen one senior is the only player who gets smaller as he gets closer to you

Just an off day at the office that game. Tired legs from the game I played the day before.

Hat trick end of next season to make it 4 wins out of 4
