Having read this bit, is this a bid together or are they two seperate bids, it doesn't read clearly to me

I'm all for showing ambition but a 28,000 capacity stadium would have been a little echoey I think.

I'm enjoying the fact that the record attendance was 102,569 Halifax v Warrington May 5 1954.  With them all being away fans I bet the traffic on that roundabout was dreadful!

Nay lad ! Back in '54 t'Alifax contingent would have walked it up t'road to Odsal......
