Let me apologise for all the confusion.  Chris Lynch isn't an Alty player at the moment - Social Media has a life (and speed) of its own.

Also I will answer the question about who does what on Comms (inc Social Media) in the coming days.

Salford are confirming it on their website who presumably are close to their social media team. Guess that's the calibre you get when you only charge £7 to get in eh Gary N?

It is irrelevant as to how news leaks out, print, twitter, carrier pigeon or smoke signals. It is only to do with all parties agreeing and adhering to a comms protocol in advance.
