I'll give you a clue from the vics forum;

What I can say is that the football stadium and land will be owned by Northwich Victoria Developments and I believe none of the money required to buy the ground is being loaned. This means a number of investors will own this Company along with Jim Rushe.
It will be NVFC 2007 Ltd that will rent the stadium from the development Company. NVFC 2007 Ltd is the Company Jim set up when he initally purchased the club back in December 2007.
NVFC 2004 Ltd will cease to trade once the CVA is agreed.

Included in the revised CVA is a breakdown of income and expenditure but again this is not for discussing on an open forum.
