Bus from Haymarket Bus Stn every 30 mins. Takes about an hour or just over on the fast service, I think it is the X5.

Edit  Hughesy don't get the slow bus via Whitley Bay it takes an eternity!

Buses from Cramlington railway station to Blyth are infrequent and iirc depart just after the train arrives.

As a native of these parts you are much better getting the train to newcastle central, then the metro to newcastle haymarket, then the bus to blyth from haymarket. Much more frequent.
