It’s clear that no play offs or any live football will be able to be played for some months safely, even behind closed doors. Given no one can come up from below to our level (ie Blyth Spartans will get away with it) then I think the ‘least worst’ thing to do would be to null & void the entire season to be fair & consistent for the whole league. Harsh as this may seem, I don’t think Kings Lynn or York could be confident of winning the title, both had been stuttering for a number of weeks. We start next season (whenever that is and whatever form it takes) with exactly the same sides as we did this.
Focus now from the footballing perspective at least is for all of us to do what we can to support the club financially & ensure we have a football club to come back to. You’d have to assume a few clubs will go to the wall during this prolonged period of inactivity.
