GR made a comment on saturday. I thought he is spot on.
Well said Grahame, you are right we need to get behind the club one and all.
-
What exactly did he say?
-
Basically apoligised for his outbursts and suggests we should all get behind the 11 players on the pitch regardless of who the manager/board is as we all love the club.
-
If that is the case I applaud Grahame for taking this step.

"It has been a traumatic week at Moss Lane with many more questions than answers.
Where do we go from here? I haaven't witnessed scenes like thise on Saturday for a very long time and don't wish to see them again. I believe that things have been done and said from both the management/board and the supporters which we should all regret. When you consider we all support the football club and we want the very best for it you must take a step back, re-evaluate what we want but never forget that we should be there to support the 11 players out on the filed no matter who the manager is or whoever runs the club,
I must personally apologise for two outbursts on Saturday - the people involved will know who tehy are. I should not have lost my rag but emotions are running high at the moment and people must realise that pressure gets to us all. We need to focus our energies on getting over the problems - no problem is insurmountable, they just sometimes seem it!"
He goes on to talk about how he has reflected on his position, that he enjoys it and wants to keep it out of love for the club but will step aside if it is in the club's best interest.

Interestingly Heathcote's usual page has been repaced by the club statement.
-
If Graham Heathcote didn't have a column in the programme, who is this statement by, Graham Heathcote or Grahame Rowley ?.
-
probably have said we are all W*nkers ;D ;D
-
The statement put on by Slaka is by GR
-
But the spelling of Graham at the bottom is without the 'e'
and tbh if it is Grahame Rowley what outburst is the apology for?
-
Presume its was the "theres the door" incident.
Great to see he was big enough to say sorry. Just one apology to go now.
-
people shud reflect on there behaviour satday.not the board or management.us the fans.we had a negative attitdude from before ko and it made the atmosphere very edgy which affected the players.last nite cud of bin the same but be honest the early goal stopped this happnin.forget negative feelings towards individuals and support the team.or dont come cos just like players, managers ,boards ,chairman,no one person is indispensable.if 20 fans sterring up troble dont come so be it.the club still survives.fact

I only wish GH had said that

At least Grahame Rowley has made an effort and been big enough to stand up and acknowledge his actions. I'd expect nothing more or less from a gentleman.
The fans have acknowledged their part.
That leaves a very conspicuous absentee from the kissing and making up party.
