I think it's time to end this argument. You brought 300 fans to us and yet we brought 400 away at Portsmouth. It's pathetic that u even see yourself as a bigger club. You got destroyed on the pitch and ran out of our town off the pitch.
THE END
Give up Alty sc*m.
ONE TEAM IN CHESHIRE!!!
-
One team in Cheshire yet a load of lads come to the away end looking for fisticuffs after you've just ran out 3-0 winners. f**k off to the pub and have a pint or two for f**k sake.
And for what it's worth what has us bringing 300 got to do with you taking 400 to Portsmouth? Weird
-
Very easy to run us lads out of your town when we don't want any trouble in any way shape or form. Absolutely disgusting scenes tonight and if it wasn't for the top class stewarding you have in place then someone would probably be in intensive care right now.
-
I just walked to the station to be honest. No worries.
-
Stick to smashing minibuses up and pulling knives on people mate.
Some great fans you've got, nice one.
We'll end the argument there shall we?
-
I just walked to the station to be honest. No worries.
Of course you did, your an adult, cowards don't do reasonable odds...
-
I just walked to the station to be honest. No worries.
I'm pretty sure most other fans would have preferred that option too but weren't given the chance from what I saw in my car. Seriously, what morons would consider aggro when you've just stuffed a team 3-0. Mongs
-
Having said that, not a policeman in sight outside the ground when this was all going on. So shameful. Macclesfield FC are very lucky indeed that the stewards dealt with the issue in the way that they did. Five of us were ushered back into the away end and locked in there for a good ten minutes.
At least we had that. A dozen others had the minibus smashed while they were sat inside it. Just one policeman would have made all the difference.

2 went by me coming up the London Rd. Where they'd come from I don't know
-
Let's face it, rather than trifling with words, the best way to ram it down Macc throats would be to get a result at Colchester. Judging by the tone in that first post, the cup exit really rankles.

Don't think many of us need help getting out of Macclesfield, its not got much to offer to the non-sheep interfering community.

It was about 20 years since my last visit
I can't see myself ever returning
I'm not interested in funding a mid table team with rank food and drink and the following they have
And that announcer .. sh*t the bed

I still have a taste of that awful pie in my mouth, even jäger couldn't shift that taste fuming

"And the first goal from our very own Dennis tttttthhhhhhhhhe Menace" - have they borrowed the announcer from an NFL team?
-
One of the most puerile, pathetic pitiful posts I have read on this forum. Yes we got beaten and yes we were tired from winning our FA Cup tie and this obviously rankles with you. I think bringing over 300 fans to your sinkhole of a ground is magnificent considering the 'welcome' we get from cretins and livestock interfering types such as yourself. I hope you are very proud that you terrorised a small group of families and children and next time as a result of this we will bring half that number. Do it again and we will bring nobody and your soggy infected pies will remain uneaten.

The Housemartins summed it up well.

Their announcer was one of the highlights of the night to be fair, gave me a right laugh.
Our thiirrdd gooaalscorer, he's MACCLESFIELD BORN AND BRED.... It's......
-
I was going to say that was funny when no one responded
IT'SSSSS.....,,
Well, who? Just announce the f**king goal scorer and whatever minute it was. And stop watching Gladiators videos in your spare time you spanner, it's Macc v Alty in the conference on a Tuesday night in November.
Also, is it just me or are these derby games still not quite what they used to be? It'll come I suppose in time.

Same for me. Not like the 90's. Then we had more heated derbies with Vics when we came back up 2005. Very drab, second season it's been on a Tuesday with no team actually in a position to be shouting about or grabbing at anything
-
I left pretty quickly after the game for the drive back to Shropshire and did not see anything but do find it very sad to read about the actions of a few Macc fans on here this morning. And don't get me started about the one mouthing off about it on their forums.
Macc is just a town in Cheshire, the same as Alty is (although I'm obviously biased to Alty as I am very proud to be born and brought up there and lived there most of my life!). Both have their good and bad points but there is no need to fight about it.
Keep the banter on the terraces and don't mistake this for an excuse to have a fight. That's not why we go to watch our team.
-
There is nothing more smalltime than banging on about attendances, especially away following... and anyway trying to compare away support at a weekend trip in the FA cup to a team that actually won the thing 7 years ago to a midweek league game is like comparing an evening with Salma Hayek to an evening with Salmonella.
-
I preferd going to the drill field long gone now but really good games and journey

i didn't go as I'm moved and can't get to midweek matches, but the place and people are not the same if they bricked a mini bus.
-
True, but every town has it's share of dickheads who would do this kind of thing. I know I've seen a few in my time living in Alty.

This is why we are better than you. Macc played well after the first 20 mins but your fans have no class. Enjoy continually living in the 1980's

I wish they'd run me out of the town. I couldn't get out of the bastard place til nearly 11 O'Clock.
Worlds least sharp exit!
Tool.

iv been going 30 years Alty have never bricked a coach in that time and if I was a holligan I'd want to fight other ones not people who don't want to fight
-
I think we are talking at cross purposes here. I agree with what you say but am just saying any town has it's fair share of idiots, it's just that thankfully those idiots in Alty don't follow the club.
Macc isn't a bad place because of these few people but these few people are letting down Macc Town FC in a very bad way.

Being indulged though aren't they? The club know exactly who they are, where they stand every week and what their behaviour is like.
-
Absolutely they are. That's the travesty of the whole thing. If that was happening at Alty I'd want to see the back of them pronto, as would every other supporter as that kind of thing has no place.
Being indulged though aren't they? The club know exactly who they are, where they stand every week and what their behaviour is like.

The stewards said as much when we were locked in the away end.
-
Macc have probably got a few Green Street types from their league days, luckily Alty never have had that problem and hopefully never will
-
If Alty had any hooligans they would've stayed out of the way

Tuesday wasn't a great result especially with it being against that lot but surely it can't be lower than losing at home to Halifax!!!
-
Doesn't sound pleasant but never had any problems when I went a few years ago with the vics, Hope everybody is ok.
Probably find if a gang of real hoolies had been in the away end they would have come nowhere near
Hate to say it but all the best for the FA cup from us at 74.
-
I hope the Macc stewards made a note of the pond life and ban them from future games

Milkmen in decisive move drama?
They've had this ongoing under current of T**ts for some time, still better late than never.
-
I was helping Brian out in their main stand, sitting directly above them - I have to admit I was quite taken aback by just how nasty it was getting
Their bar facilities truly made me realise just how proud and lucky I feel to have the CSH these days - horrendous (although £2.50 for a bottle of Peroni - not bad)
-
We can expect them out in force at Moss Lane now.
Nothing these top boys like more than a nawwty little away day in a big town. Inbreds

Indeed they tried to steal it from us when we were exiting the away end. Instead they got their hands on the bag with the huge Altrincham FC flag and caused serious damage to it. At the end of the day those lads just wanted an excuse to have a pop.

What an absolute set of drones!

See you guys on Saturday when we take more than double the amount to your sh!t hole that you took to our ground. But of course you’re still bigger than us....

Wow you spent all these months preparing that statement, your Mum if you know her must be very proud and next year they'll let you up in to Secondary school.

For a club that's spent 15 years saying we aren't your rivals anymore, you continue to make a damn fine job of proving we obviously are. You care far more about us than we do about you, as has always been the case.

Dont forget to bring your bunch of bumholes who wear knock off Diadora Bjorn Borg Elites and think the fattest one in the gang is called the general and can 'have it' with anyone.
Basic inbreds, bring as many as you can, we'll spend your money wisely.

Not sure when you started going van man but late 70s and early 80s there was often bother with all three and Runcorn too on one or two occasions. It was not a segregated ground until about 1980 or even later and the changing ends process on occasion caused issues. It also often meant away fans could congregate freely where they liked. I even remember trouble on Golf Rd with Scarborough, Southport, even Mossley fans. Don't even go there with some league sides in the FA Cup.
-
If the games on I doubt we'll even bring 500 due to the sh!t whether. Though I guess if you guys brought that many to us you'd consider it a fantastic turnout lol.

There are cretins amongst your fan base who have been pictured posing with a "Macclesfield EDL" flag. That is 100% true.

Funny when we rocked up with the flag outside the ground for a photo shoot

Plenty of macc fans in Manny now. With the game on we should be taking at least 500. That pub right near the away end will get taken over by macc fans early afternoon!

I thought OUR fan turnout today was pretty decent. No more than 500 Macc fans in a crowd of over 2000.

What a bizarre group of people. They sang 2 songs all game and were unheard for massive parts. Then afterwards a load of 40 year olds dressed in stone island tried to slap a group of teenagers to make themselves look good. Odd. Very, very odd.

-
Tbf even thier own fans on their forum are saying they are a joke
-
They were making life difficult for the Cops at Altrincham station. We boarded at Hale to avoid these morons. The cops cleared a carriage to accommodate this mouthy mob. I have never seen so many Cops at Stockport Railway station. Both entrances were blocked by police and numerous cops on all platforms. The Alty police kept them on the Chester-Manchester train and they were still there when I boarded the Euston train (first stop Stoke). I don't think the Macc fans would have been allowed in to Manchester, considering all the noise they were making - although it was quite clear that they were all mouth. And most of them were probably too young to drink. And it was quite obvious that they were acting so stupidly because the police there would be obliged to protect them from any reception in Altrincham, Stockport or Manchester centres.
-
To young to drink! I was one of the many on the train home and I can say at least 3/4 of the lads were thoroughly pissed.
-
Oooooo drinking friends!!!! F%*ck%ing drinking friends!! Someone delete this moron above!

-
To young to drink! I was one of the many on the train home and I can say at least 3/4 of the lads were thoroughly pissed.
I don't know how they managed to get drunk as they were marched from the ground to station by the Cops and waited there for nearly an hour. The only people they intimidated were Grannies who were forced off their seats and to stand in the next carriage. What was funny was one granny chirping up - "Its a good job its not Manchester United". They did try intimidating my little one (not my 13 year old who is very quiet, but even at his age more than capable of sorting out any of them) and in hindsight my reaction of "bah bah" was not a clever thing to do to Macc fans. As I said earlier the Police were obviously deployed for the safety of the Macc fans and they were mainly kids.
-
Figgy Pudding hit the nail on the head about this multiple times on Facebook.
Clubs with a trouble element aren't exactly new to us. Grimsby, Tranmere, Chester and Wrexham have all brought big followings and to my knowledge there have been no problems this season. That's because they understand that no real Altrincham fan wants any trouble. We don't have the fan base for it. We haven't spent time in the Football League and developed some weird firm that thinks protecting their clubs honour at away games is some kind of necessity.
Macclesfield fans walked into the Tatton Arms yesterday expecting retaliation and they got none, it was probably the same on the streets before the game. A few kids gave them a bit back after the game and they did nothing.
I long for the the old rivalry with Northwich, where the game was heated but the rivalry for the most part was in good-humour. I don't enjoy the element of trouble and tension that this small contingent of Macclesfield supporters have been bringing to the Derby games.
Good to see GMP were switched on, but then again why wouldn't they be? A Police escort from the ground to the train station for a bunch of gobby pricks is a joke considering what happened to us in Macclesfield earlier this season. Not a copper in sight and we literally had to fend for ourselves / rely on Macclesfield's stewards. Funny how we recognised a few of the faces from that game in the crowd involved yesterday.
-
Reminds me of the school bully ,pick on the weakest and those who won't fight back. Can you imagine them going to Stockport , Wrexham or Chester acting like that.
-
Talking to my son after game , we said that the only trouble we get is when this lot play us , never had it with Vic's , yes there was banter in ground with Vic's , but it was never brought outside after game , this lot were worse than Millwall when we played them in fa cup .
-
I walked back to the car with some trepidation after the game (I parked near the King George), but must say I neither saw nor heard a sniff of trouble from a steady stream of Macclesfield fans.
-
Ah the EDL rent boys were back. I wonder how many the fat bald middle aged one has touched up in the bogs.
-
We've played Macc loads of times in recent years and to be fair they've never caused any problems at County or at their place, the last couple of times they have had about 10 to 15 daft kids tucked in behind the Police but even County's hoolie types just shrug their shoulders and laugh at them. They usually bring about 500 and around 485 of them are sound and just want to support their team, I like Macc and I always stay until late for a drink, the pubs are always full of County fans with no hint of trouble, let's not tar them all with the same brush.

I don't think anyone is tarnishing with brushes.
There are about 30 zoids that appear when we play them who are an embarrassment to brain cells, everyone else have lives and dignity I'm sure.
I'm sure when you stayed late in Macc there were a fair few more of you than there would be Alty, don't forget what a difference that makes to these pack cowards.

If you had been on Stockport station at 6.15pm last night you would have had a different opinion. The last time I saw that many police at a train station was a London derby at the Den last season, as well as one occasion at Euston late one Saturday night coming back from Alty. What they sing about Stockport is on par with their paranoia with us. I am convinced the Police at Stockport were there for the protection of Macc fans and they were not being allowed into Stockport town. We never use to see many Macc fans as when the conference went national they were in the league below us, and like with Vics they were always obsessed with us being the bigger club. I sympathise with County's plight as a club and with your fans, we have not an issue with Stockport and personally I would like to see you come right as soon as possible - Macc can go the other way.
They only brought 400 yesterday, yet criticise us for taking 300 to their dive on a Tuesday night.

400 in the stand behind the goal, another hundred in those seats to the left of where we were standing. And what a load of nonsense that we weren't allowed into Stockport town centre for our protection. I asked a copper for his reasoning as to why we all couldn't go for another pint in Stockport and his response was "There is far too many of you, and we don't want anyone starting aggro out in Stockport for the public's protection".
As for the game it has to have been one of the most boring I've ever watched. Anyway, see you guys next season.
Oh, and don't forget to bring your minibus.

Why is Silkman allowed to post such vitriol on here , he nothing but a troublemaker .

It's entertaining if nothing else, to be fair.

Let's be fair - it's not every day that a webbed-hoofed inbred can master a keyboard........and have the agility to use the stairs at Alty station AND be able to read the train's destination. Truly amazing ;)

And he can't count. There certainly was not 100 Macc in the family stand and their leader was a woman that sounded like a fog horn.
The issue at Altrincham station when the train arrived was that they were singing and making a noise intimidating the elderly. This annoyed the accompanying Police who made the passengers already on the train (which was full) vacate their seats and stand up in the next carriage. They couldn't have been drunk as they hadn't had access to alcohol for well over 3 hours. However I can understand someone getting drunk before watching Macc. As I said before most of them looked well under the drinking age. A hand full of City fans in Stockport town centre would soon have put them in their place. Hence, why the GMP had phoned their officers at Stockport.

It must certainly help.

As the weekend draws to a close, I feel it only right and proper that we extend our thanks to Silkman who has worked so hard to try and entertain us with his weary and delusional ranting (wouldn't surprise me if he's racist too given had a chance). What an utter knob you are. Truly.
I grew up with Vics as the only team considered worthy 'derby opposition', Macc were an irrelevance to be frank. I still couldn't give a toss about them now, regardless that they appear in the same league as us. However, it's a damning indictment of some of their support if I considered it unwise to bring my kids with me yesterday. I'm considering writing to their chairman to tell them as much. A brief scan over on their forum shows that they've got problems with this hardcore of f**kwits - they're arguing amongst themselves about it.

We went for another few pints after the game at that pub opposite train station before the police escorted us to the station. As for underage I guess you must have eye sight issues as the majority were well over 18.

I am in no way racist so don't pipe up with that again. I am completely against the tiny majority that were yesterday and I like yourself were shocked by this.

You've made your bed....
This is what one of your lot think of you:
What makes me laugh is these Macc Town M0ngs spend all season boasting of how swarms of them will gladiatorially protects our clubs honour on enemy territory, by squaring up to our so called foe and engage them in combat until the battle is won.
And then a few brain dead, pathetic little scroats turn up after a shandy to find everyone thinks that they are the scum which they are, and so they have to exaggerate proceedings (see above) to try and maintain a slight amount of credibility within their ret@rded networks -because essentially nothing really happened.
Thus allowing this mythical cycle of spasticated bu11$h1t to rotate over to our next encounter.
It must be awful knowing that they have a life ahead of them to be spent either in the Millbrook or at Her Majesty's Pleasure somewhere, but the sooner destiny takes its course the better so normal fans can enjoy their day out without the presence of these m0ngs.
Doesn't need me to tell you how utterly pathetic you are, your own fans are doing it for me.
