The punishment must surely be more than -10 points as this is the second time they've done it.
On a side note, I see the Northwich Guardian have sacked their proof-reader.
-
Can't see them being in BSN now.
-
Is it April the 1st all over again.
This is laughable.

Not too sure so don't quote me but this is the first time that this "company" has gone into administration. The previous time was the former club before NVFC 2004 came into existence.
-
Will this mean yhey can't buy the ground?
-
it means they are an utter shambles. a total farce.
a horse would have been put out of its misery by now.
-
poor northwich vics admin see you in bsp oh sorry you will not be there because you will be in unibond preimer or worse. could not happen to a better team. shame about chester . we said you will be going down but in which division i reckon unibond league 2 or is that to generous any ideas lads wear northwich should go.

From the article:-
"Northwich Victoria Football Club (2004) Limited still owes the tax man around £400,000 – a debt inherited by Rushe from previous owner Mike Connett when he took over in December 2007".
No, he didn't inherit it, the club and its debts were BOUGHT, he has since chosen not to pay them, instead using whatever funds he had (or didn't have) on enticing players to his club on wages he couldn't afford
"Bills not paid to other creditors take that figure to more than half a million pounds".
£100k+ Debts run up since the transfer of ownership I'm presuming?- what a hero.
Its just boring now - I would regret the passing of Vics, but surely its for the best that they fold, do a Halifax/Telford/Scarborough and establish a new club at a level their support can sustain, independent of another 'saviour'.
-
Sorry to say this, but it is not best they fold and start again for the sake of the supporters, but best they fold and start again (Cheshire League) for the sake of all local businesses and people of this country who have no choice but to pay their taxes (PAYE & NI) each week.
Complete scamsters...........this 'white-knight' of man took over a club, but instead of steadying the ship with a reasonable business plan, deliberately chose to increase the debt further (players on contracts, players in hotels etc).
The contempt he showed for Telford (FA Cup cheque in the post...honest) says it all for me.
-
A clean debt free new club, playing sunday morning league pub football is the order from this doctor.
There is no point flogging a dead horse, that's all the hunchbacks are doing.
Start again like Scabby and Halifax.
-
I wondered why they'd gone into admin this week?
I forgot about this.

Did anybody else notice Southend United name further down the list of companies being wound up?
-
Even further down the list, Lewes 2000 FC and Hyde United FC.
-
It would be ironic if the Vics demise save Witton from relegation from Unibond Premier.
-

My bet is that we would get AFC Wimbledon or Chester too, in fact i'm willing to bet we will get each of them twice!!
Now fancy that!
