I have a bit of time for 1874 to be fair, but mostly because one of their strikes works at Radbroke Hall where I work, and has tied me in knots on the 5 a side pitch before now.

What I found bizarre though, was when our supporters team played their supporters team, in other words the supporters team of a supporters team!!

Yes to be fair, they are worthy of respect........a mate of mine is their manager and he tells me they try to do the right things with the finances etc, being run democratically by people who were absolutely pig sick of Connett and then Rushe and their dodgy practices

There must still be something quite dodgy with Vics now.....a club with no realistic income from gate money, an owner who is supposedly bankrupt and yet a half decent squad and Jim Gannon at the helm
