What doesn't seem to be considered is how many people may have been put off by their actions.

Imagine a dad and lad popping along for the first time, he realises that there may be some swearing if he parks right next to the singers so goes down the side to be met with Dennis all match?

And as he goes out muttering how he won't be coming again he gets a blast of David to finish him off.

The fact that David Birch now stands by the exit gate after victories shouting at people as they leave is hardly welcoming either.

I absolutely agree on this, we all try so hard to get friends and colleagues to come along to Moss Lane, and you almost have to 'prehandle' people as to where to stand or warn them of what may happen if they encounter either of the DBs.

No one expects a football game to be free of a few choice words (as has been debated at length on here before), but to think that the last thing most people see/hear when leaving the ground is David standing at the gate bemoaning a defeat (or victory / draw!) is very sad.

Darren mentions the club seeing him as a regular source of income, but he'll have put off enough people to have lost the club money overall.

People who consistently behave in a disgusting manner should be banned. It's as simple as that.
