Title: Grays are losing ...
Post by: Saughall Robin on September 25, 2008, 09:44:41 PM
2-1 to Stevenage at the moment.

Isn't that good for us?
Keeps us out of the bottom four as long as they don't win, I believe.

Yes, but having said that Grays looked pretty good and did not deserve to lose on the balance of play. They gifted Stevenage their two goals on a plate and were unlucky enough to lose three of their centre backs to injury during the game.

Stevenage were poor. Ishmael Welsh and Barry Cogan looked very lively for Grays. Stevenage keeper got man of the match which tells its own story.

Forget Grays, they're not going to be relegated this season at least. The teams we really have to keep our eyes on are Woking, Lewes, Eastbourne and Barrow - watch and see.

Let's not forget our chums with the two-sided ground and heavy-handed incompetent stewards (and transfer embargo).  ;)
