I think in our situation, the mistake originally made by another club resulted in points being taken off us. Here, Kiddy have mis-reported their financial state, and have accordingly been punished.
Though i dont like to see clubs have a points deductions, how else can these cheats be punished?

I don't know, i feel this is a justifyable punishment. - Had they reported everything correctly, there is a fair chance they'd have had a transfer embargo on them, and so it would probably have affected the onfield results.

When will teams like this learn that they have to live within their means.
We would have a far greater chance of success in this league if we went out and spent a fortune, that we didn't actually have, on new players. Luckily, we have the right people here who can see the trouble that will get us into and act accordingly.
If Kiddy have acted like this and acheived more success than they really deserve,a punishment of some kind is entirely justified.

It's not the fact that they are in the sh1t that we are celebrating- its the rules of the league beginning to restore a level playing field for teams who live within their means that pleases me

Really good news clearly they have calculated how many points they deserve to lose buy the advantage they have gained wrongly , histons fate may be more severe I think, long may it continue as probably the same people that have been calling for this sort of action are now berating the celebration of it
