Big changes, fair play to Kenny for trying something different.

Good luck to the lads today, here's hoping for 3 points!

Welcome back Stu. Amazed he was dropped after seemingly one cock up against Darlington.

If Denham was in that side I'd be quite confident.

LET'S DO THEM!!!

I just don't know what to say...Some wonderful step overs by Hewson, was impressed by Somner's Mohawk as well as his game. Coburn back to his brilliant self. Brilliant finish by Twiss, he will be good when he's fit, still feel if Mccarthy could only finish we'd have a top quality striker. Holsgrove quite good as well today perhaps he could develop? Whole team just brilliant.

Kenny and Bimmo I just love you.    :D

NickyClee'sClickyKnee. - i feel bad about making a negative point when there was so much to enjoy today, Joseph excellent, Twiss great finish, steel from Somner, style from Hewson etc but i nearly choked on my tea when i just read you said Holsgrove was good today. I won't go any further as it's a negative but whatever his performance was 'good' is not the word to describe it.

Just got in from some celebratory beers.  A great, hard earned win today and was pleasantly surprised to see Twissy starting and a really well taken goal from him. Fair play to Kenny Mc for bringing back Stu Coburn, who played well.

Dare I suggest that with a fully fit squad, ie Denham in for Holsgrove and Welchie in for Joseph, the good times could return to Moss Lane. There's still Matty to return as well, of course.
Well done everyone, Kenny included.
Roll on Gateshead, can hardly wait!!

Oh, and Ecky, for someone who supposedly hates making predictions, you didn't do bad with the attendance  ;)

Having gained control of the store Sky signal to get 5Live and hearing the score over the noise of shoppers I gave a clenched fist Andrew Murrayesque "Yessss!" Customers wondered who had won: Rangers, Kilmarnock, Man United....?

"Altrincham!" I announced to general apathy...

It was fortuinate that General Apathy was in the store at the time or I would have had to have told the other customers!

After that performance by Marc, (who played left back in a back four) I was puzzled by the logic of this suggestion,....I doubt KM would bring welchy back in that position ??? Also, there's no way Crowell would get back into the midfield after that performance by Somner, Densmore and Hewson.

But I agree Denham in for Holsgrove would improve us, but sounds like Denhams groin injury wont be right by next weekend anyway, maybe start with Jimmy there :-\

Something the build on.
