What the hell did Ryan Crowther eat? He must weigh about 2 stone by now....

He's probably fell down the grid now lol seriously though think there's different food poisoning he must of had it really bad normally only lasts for round 3 to 5 days ago

In fairness, he may be over it by now, but it can leave you weak for several days afterwards. There's every chance he's lost weight, and I doubt he has trained for a good few days.
