You might play a late cameo role.

I'd fit Heathcote in ahead of Bowerman. Scott to right back and Jordan in midfield.

Of course, if it keeps raining it'll be on Saturday and Ryan should hopefully be available.

If we get any more injuries. Then we may have to use some of the Alty Ladies players to fill the bench.

Are we sure it would be the Saturday?
I would have thought it would be the Wrexham Tuesday.

Saturday 9th v Gateshead will not be affected in any event. I should have thought the fallback position would be Tuesday 12th, with Wrexham to be re-arranged; Saturday 16th would only come into play if the weather intervened on the Tuesday, in which case the winners would go to Bognor on Tuesday 19th (if us, the Senior Cup-tie would also need re-arranging [!]). As for the team, Neil Tolson's comments as reported on the main website would seem to suggest that Williams, Heathcote, Swift, Cain & Davies might be the bench.

I'm not sure which of our young subs is the striker, but lets give the lad a chance tonight to prove himself against a team from the lower league. Its absolutely pointless letting these kids freeze there nuts off on the bench game after game.
Let them have a chance and we will know once and for all where we are at.

At the end of the day, League safety has to be our No1 priority

Joel Swift is the striker, Ray.

Id expect/demand us to play our very strongest 11. We've not been to Wembley since 1986, and not been to a trophy semi final since 1990, we've been handed two ties on the trot against sides two leagues below us. We should have made Wembley without breaking sweat the year leek knocked us out, and spurned another great chance with a poor performance at bath last year.Get through tonight and get past Bognor and we're in the last 16, 4 conference sides at a minumum will be out by the last 16, meaning should we be successful only ourselves and a maximum of 11 other conf sides will going for a 1/4 final berth. I understand your sentiments ray, but they should be blooded against Crewe in the csc, not when there's potentially £100,000+ up for grabs.

Leamington and Alty both 6/4.
Bookies think it's going to be tight.
Hope we do play our strongest team.
Had a little flutter on us👍

In fairness to the club the reason I didn't know him is due to my non attendance since Barnsley match due to my wife not being very well.
No sleight at the football club..
