News of two departures on club website...

Also says Bell & Zouma returned to their clubs...

Seems Parky has finally realised what most fans knew ie Bell & Piggott not good enough (along with several others tried this season)... must find a top goalscorer who can bag 20plus goals in summer (maybe even two frontmen)... must be a priority as has been said numerous times on the forum...

Guess Parky must know this as well...

part of me sorry to see Ceesay go, he had his moments although I’d accept not consistently. Piggott looked out of his depth and rather appropriately appeared to run like a drowning man struggling for breath. Act of kindness to let him go.

Correct decision on both accounts, but ones that will have been difficult to make. I really hope Joe Piggott can settle at a club in the NLN/NPL, find his feet and get his career back on track. NL football probably came too soon for him after being let go with his injuries, but we were well inclined to give him a try in our situation so no regrets as far as I'm concerned.

We all know we're strongest out wide and unfortunately someone had to come out of that competition for places empty handed at the end of the season. Wish Yusifu every success and he'll no doubt find a club in the NLN where he'll be an asset, as he was for us at that level.

sad about yusifu, did think his injuries made him more cautious, he was unplayable at times in the nln and such an asset

I wish them all the best but this is 100% the right decision and I am pleased with the firm stance.

Ceesay showed flashes of brilliance at times, Piggott has been absolutely woeful but I hope he finds his level elsewhere.

I'm disappointed that Ceesay is going - don't imagine our playing style this season suited him plus I'd assumed there were others ahead of him in the departure lounge...

Hope we can build back better as they say...

Alas I think both players were hampered by their injuries. Piglet did not seem to have recovered from his serious injuries and Ceesay never fulfilled his potential. It is a great shame for both, and I wish hem both well.

Bell was simply not good enough, but I wouldn't mind seeing Zouma zooming around the JD  again.

Yusifu Ceesay did really well for us in CN and I hope he finds a good club for himself at that level.
Joe Piggott tried hard for us, but was absolutely nowhere near the level we are playing at.
I am thankful to the pair of them for their contribution but relieved we have now made space in the squad for others.

Assume will be some others exiting the club at end of the season... would think Fis Adarbioyo maybe one, plus potentially Sutton, Gould, White, Miller & maybe others...

As much as most may think Peers aint needed (which i agree, especially if sign couple of proper strikers) i think he is a Parky fav & will be kept as a squad player for the bench...

From what I saw of Miller didn’t discourage me. I wouldn’t discount him making the grade but need to see more of him.
