Or the crowther back? Deeply concerned by our lack of an outlet with neither of these two available

If either or both  are out even for a couple more games we desperately need  a wide player in.Three months in to  season and no new faces we usually have brought a couple in by now.

24 k in fa cup money already. (A win on Saturday would take it up to 42 k.)

We have to get a wide player in with that surely?

I don't think you actually see the Cup money until you're out of the competition - or maybe the end of the season. However, the basic point is right - we have no winger while they are out & suffer accordingly.

£25k, surely?

That additional £1,000 could be vital!

And I think that roytonmike is spot on when he says that the FA Cup prize money takes a while to arrive.

it doesnt matter, its guaranteed income, it can be put straight into the wage budget. Amazed at how little movement there's been in the squad.

It is still dependent on cashflow.  When we get it has a bearing on when it can be spent.

keep an eye on the club's website. I sent a post-lincoln interview with the manager to jl earlier and it should be on shortly. it includes the latest on the injury front.
