You can't make the players come closer together to the fans though. One of the dispiriting things about last season squad is they don't really come into the bar. I'm not saying they have to talkk but they get a far easier ride if they have chat. Stuart Coburn, well he's one of us by know, but Youngy, Rob Williams, Senior when he was here would have a chat but the rest don't. Nicky CLee occasionally.

Laney was a good lad as well and going back to most of our successful sides you couldn't get them out of the bar, not in to it.

Sadly I don't think we'll ever see some of our younger lads bonding with the players in the way the 91 side did or how a few of us got on with Sharratr, Reidy, Franny, Dave Cockram etc
