I'm hoping the staff include this seasons back four in their team  :)

Training went well last night and we have the makings of a half decent team,i'm sure it'll be a decent match if the staff don't include too many ringers! Already rumours of a semi pro keeper playing,his connection to Alty being he played in the youth team a good few years ago!

Reminder that it's a 6:15 meet tonight for a 7 o'clock kick off and we have been allocated the away dressing room.

If you can bring your diet sheets and personal workout plans filled in that would be great.

Bit of strange one, but will the club provide towels? Assuming we can use the showers afterwards. Not that I am planning on getting muddy or sweaty in any shape whatsoever.

I thought your role was to ensure that no one who was too young, too old, lacking co-ordination or fitness crept onto the pitch.
