I have nothing against him. I do, however, find it odd that he won the Conference North title with Hyde, left the club and then didn't get a job again for three years. You'd think he'd have got a gig somewhere.

He will do a good job again, he knows lots of local players. Never understood why he didnt get a gig somewhere else after what he achieved previously.

How will it end if he didn't go back? Not exactly going swimmingly at the moment is it. If this was your love life and he was a woman who left you for what they thought might be greener grass then yes don't take them back but this is football and they're averaging about 30 points a season since he left so no problem. In fact, if my love life was as bad as Hyde's football in the past 2 seasons I'd give my worst ex a second chance tbh

If you'd applied this logic to John King returning we wouldn't have seen either of the McKenna/Showler team or played the Klinsmann Spurs side.

Although I get your point, it's more directed towards Lowe than Hyde as a club appointing him. The statement released about McNiven makes it sound like he's had a budget of £500 a week and there's buggar all to play with so it'll certsinly be Intersting.
