Title: Marcus Dinanga

Short term loan to Kidderminster. It can't do him any harm I suppose.

But will it help in any future bid for Ashley Hemmings? Or is that wishful thinking?

Hopefully.

Brad Jackson scores on his debut for Buxton v Matlock.

Ashley Hemmings wanted full-time football, lives more locally to Kiddy and by all accounts has been a rip-roaring success.

Can't see what we could offer him currently that would want him to come - if anything he's probably deserved a stab at someone slightly higher up the pyramid like Solihull.

I saw Ash Hemmings v Southport earlier this season and he absolutely ran the show.

Would love him back, but as you say, it's unlikely.

Ash Hemmings was class for us.

I was thinking more in the long term - maybe next season if we move towards full time. I wondered if that might be part of the thinking, unless Kidderminster is just more local for Dinanga.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Hemmings at a higher level though.

He's 30 and 5ft 8. His chances of getting a league gig are receding.

Good post. Most of Stockport's players towered over us. You can only take petite and nimble so far and then unless you are Man City which we aren't you get hacked down

This is a good point - under Parky we're much better at gamesmanship compared to the Sinnott era - but we could actually just do with some physical players full stop.

Better as in we don't resort to it.

Altrincham are too soft.

Plenty of NLN teams used to complain about our players going down easy / surrounding the ref, maybe we give teams too much respect at this level (or we've just lost a bit of that edge from loss of certain players).
