We have no real cover at LB at all so it has to be there - Scott is wasted when he has to play there and with Nicky out we have no other options. Ideally someone who can play on either side would be great giving Jordan and Griffin competition for places - even if it is indirectly with each other.

Jordan seems to play better at RB than in midfield so I think our weakest first XI spot is now left back assuming the new wingers are up to scratch.

I agree with that Bath Alty, but left backs are pretty difficult to get hold of, especially if they are to sit on the bench. After all this debate, we'll probably end up with nobody. Any chance the player Lee was referring to could have been Lee Vaughan, who signed for Tranmere today?
