He'll get a magic sun tan on his thighs out there in fairness.

With a bit of luck we can get him off the wage bill once and for all. Are Orlando City any good ?

Maybe in reality he's off to do a summer season at Disney.

Two things stand out from the article. Firstly Kaka plays for Orlando so they must be OK. Secondly, Bowerman has an agent. Is this normal at our level?

They would have to agree to let him go during the loan period, as he is technically their player (although owned by us). It is then that it is impacting. It would only be our decision if he is a) offered something by them or b) still wants to be out there when his loan spell ends and he is supposed to be with us.

I should imagine that a number of players who come into the Conference from Football League clubs have agents. Those who've never been full-time pros probably don't.

The word TRIAL here is the key word. I would think this being a couple of months. He could be back in the UK by May!

As I said a few weeks ago, one of the worst players I've ever seen in an Altrincham shirt. One of the mysteries of last summer in why on earth we didn't offer him anything more than non-contract terms!

Bit of an exaggeration that, bet most Alty fans certainly didnt think that after 4 goals in his first few games but lost his way since and isnt good enough.

Certainly all the fans I meet up with at games were of the opinion that he was absolute rubbish and should never have been signed. The goals he scored at Moss Lane didn't require any particular skill from what I remember as they were open net tap ins.

Right place right time doesn't need skill. Ask Reevesey.

I doubt that his TRIAL will last beyond a week or two, as is the case with most football trials when clubs want to look at players from far afield.
Firstly good luck to George and I hope he gets offered a contract out there.
IF they do want him, they may not want to wait until his current contract expires as the NSL season starts around March, so we could be in for a transfer fee.
