Our equaliser at Birmingham City was shown as part of a montage during the closing credits on Football Focus on FA Cup third round day this year, much to my surprise.

It was the best night of my life that game, forget the honeymoon.  It even made it on News at 10

Yes, sadly before the days of everything being available on the internet. Apparently I was captured on the fences celebrating at the end, but obviously I've never seen it.

It was a replay, the original match was postponed and then the replay was postponed many times. I would say hereford's win was the most iconic, but not the biggest shock in footballing terms.

Tony Green, the Newcastle midfielder in that game, went on to work for British Airways at Manchester Airport and played for their Saturday team at the Silverwings club on Clay Lane, a side which also included Geoff 'Chips' Rafferty the former Macc player.
