I have the guisley keepers gloves from the final game of 98-99 season when we won the unibond league. One that day I got to wear Bernard taylors suit jacket. Sadly had to give that back but was running all over the pitch wearing it

Has it got big hands?

I still have my tooth which was knocked out by some Plymouth fan who mistook me as a Hereford fan.
It was a night game in the mid 90's at Edgar Street, Plymouth who had brought a load up lost the game & it kicked off in the car park in the dark. The tooth was a bit loose anyway but didn't appreciate some west country bumpkin whacking me from behind, obviously not knowing who was who.
If Plymouth get relegated, I will have a wry smile ;)

Does a Wesley Baynes top count?

A framed silver footprint of the one, and only Sun Jihai .. Most random thing ever (Bought at a car boot in Northampton), bought it to sell on through my memorabilia site on ebay but due to its bizarreness I cant seem to let it go :)...

Alty v Bangor friendly programme, signed by the then touring Australian Cricket team ;D
-
My mate and I went through a stage of getting sportsman to sign something nothing to do with their sport ... We had a cricket call signed by Wolfie Adams and Football signed by half the Lancashire cricket team ...Random I know but the people signing the stuff loved it and found it 'different' .. The idea didnt really hit on with the bidders though for some reason ...

I had a bruise on my shin for several weeks where John King kicked me in a friendly (ha!) game - Alty FA Trophy 1978 winners vs supporters - if it was a competitive game I'd surely still have the bruise, if not a leg in 2 pieces :)
-
I've got the toy plastic tin foil FA trophy that the players were holding at the celebration day in 1986 that they lobbed into the crowd!
-
Until I moved house recently I had an empty bottle of Lanson from the eve of the Emley game which won us promotion from Unibond League in 1999.
-
Ryan Shotton shinnies, pretty odd.

Personal message and autograph by Jackie Swindells in the 1960's.

From Euro 96...i have one of the huge Coca Cola banners that hung off the lamp-posts around the city centre.
This particular example was hung on a lamp-post on Corporation Street in Manchester...and if you remember correctly...someone set off a rather large firework in the immediate vicinity at that time.
So my pretty rare banner from that great tournament is seriously pot-holed from various pieces of shrapnel that tore right through it in the immediate aftermath of the IRA bomb. Dunno why i kept it!?

A "keep off the pitch" sign from Christie Park that happened to fall off the front of the stand at the end of the last game to played there. Same thing happened to me at Saltergate the week before. Uncanny eh? :-\

Come on Rockie, thought you'd have weighed in with your incorrectly spelt signage.....give me a G
-
Somewhere I have a team sheet from Mohun Bagan FC (Kolkatta) first game in their (then) new Salt Lake Stadium. It will have been 1986ish. I can't recall who they played but there was an ex-Arsenal player playing that night.

Ive got a moldy joe corrigan boot, if anyone wants it they can have it

Ah yes how could I have been so slow.
I have the 10ft sign board from Woking, red with Altringham in white letters. The G was fixed on the train home, and it now sits proudly at the bottom of my garden despite the disapproving looks I get from my Mother when she visits.

Spelling obviously isn't their speciality. A few years ago they unveiled a Liverpool-style sign in the players tunnel that was meant to say "This Is Kingfield". Unfortunately, on closer inspection it apparently said "This Is Kingfiled".
:)

On the Dales Way between Skipton and the Lake District, stuck in a farmers field in the back of nowhere is a Woking FC bus.
Wonder if it's still there after all these years?

Memories of playing at M L in a charity match between Ex Man U and City players and Picc Attackers in aid of Royal School for the Deaf. I walked into the dressing room to be asked by Bobby Charlton if I would play in goals as there keeper had not turned up. After 25mins the keeper turned up and took over. At halftime Bobby said slot into the back four alongside Bill Foulkes. The game was decided on penalties. Sad thing is no photos or keepsakes from the game.
