There is a great photo of Ian playing for Alty, against Runcorn (?) where there are 3 or 4 defenders surrounding him, but Ian just looks to be in total control.  A superb player to watch.  If anybody has that photo I'd love to see it again.

As close to a genius as footy is likely to get, but so badly flawed.
