It's odd actually, some of them seemed quite chipper about the upcoming season after winning at our place. Seemingly oblivious to this not being the greatest Alty team of the past 20 years. I though you looked a bit ordinary but the kid up front was decent and you would struggle.
Perfectly possible you'll stay up as there's a few teams in L2 on significany downward curves (Hereford, Cheltenham, Barnet, Southend, Northampton, Stockport etc). However there are worse scenarios in the world for all concerned (well perhaps County) than for Alty, Macc and Stockport to be playing each other in the BSP next season.
As I've said before, this might be the season we have to push the boat out a touch and recoup it later.
