1. We don't appear to have picked up any more injury problems.
2. We won't have to postpone the Tamworth game for a replay.
3. Er.......that's about it really.

The positives today were that its over, we know what we have to do and thats win league games.

There was no positivies on the pitch today...the players simply did not match Blyth level of commitment and play.

The question I suppose is how many times in the past have we played against a side (at least) one level above us and shown more commitment than them (admittedly this hasn;t happened for a goodly while) At the time there were, so far as I can recall, no fora to garner what the fans of the 'bigger' club thought but I have no doubt that their views would have been similar to those our travelling hoardes have expressed on here whereas, in a similar position we would I suppose have been more than chuffed, as I suspect the Blyth fans are this evening

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS MERELY AN OBSERVATION AND NOT AN ATTEMPT TO, IN ANY WAY EXPLAIN OR EXCUSE A PERFORMANCE I DID NOT SEE*

Just to bring a bit of frivolity to what hasnt been the best day in the history of Alty FC.... I bet Alsager must be  relishing the thought of playing us in a couple of weeks ....

Surely even an alty team playing sh*t can brush this lot to  one side  ;) :D

(1) York's two late goals at Histon.

(2) Kettering losing at Crawley (I have them earmarked as a possible team to slide into the relegation dogfight).

(3) I didn't succumb to the temptation to go to Blyth.

They were just above Runcorn Linnets last time I saw the table. That would fill me with zero confidence - if I gave a tuppeny cuss about the CSC.

Positives from today must include we're level games on histon and they're a point below plus the 5 point deduction

A win / draw on Tuesday would put us right back on track
