Clee has been the best player on the pitch by a mile.

After an iffy start we had some quality passages of play. Even though we didn't score in the second half some of the football was an absolute pleasure to watch. Clee and Crowell were outstanding and Sissoko(?) looked quality, too.

Very entertaining game.
A good comeback by Alty.
Like the look of the centre half who came on in the second half :)

Just returned from the game, other than the two goals of Tranmere's we were superb throughout. We played a superb passing game, with several 1/2 touches between front/midfield which were pure genius. Nicky Clee was superb today, his footwork was mesmerising at times.

This all continued in the second half and every player did his bit for the team today. I must also single out Sissoko and also Holsgate the number 16, his running and skill at hussling the Tranmre back 4 was quality, he continually won the lobbed ball over the defence by getting in front of his marker and using his pace and strength. Sissoko was very assured on the ball, his distribution and tackling were excellent. But it was the way the team passed to ball and used it, highly entertaining and very difficult to defend against. Surprised we did not score in the second half, this was a superb performance and deserved the long applause they received after the game. Dale was also superb today, involved in a fwe of the one twos.

Great football tonight, giving Graham a dilema of who to sign, several good choices there tonight. Top half of table beckons me thinks on this performance.

United game well worth going to now; me and the kids had a great evening tonight.

Cheers managment and team

He left the ground on crutches but it seemed that they were more precautionary than concerning.

Sissoko was extremely impressive for a young guy and Holgate was also very good.

Nowland, whilst he was on, again looked a decent option.

Have to agree that Clee was exceptional however
