I'm laughing my balls out of my shorts at this news!!

Great bit of work from Ken to get him back, just what we need, and will provide a real boost for us at the back.

Brilliant!!

I believe he became disillusioned with football and chose to take a total break from the game for a while

So, does that mean he has signed for Northwich....?

Oh, and that's marvellous news about Greg Young's return.

time to move on and stop living in the past

that should smash your target of 300 if he plays tomorrow.

Fantastic news. Absolutely fantastic. With this news, I've gone from 'optimistic' about our survival hopes to 'confident'.

Well done Ken for bringing him in. Well done Greg for deciding to get playing again rather than waste a career on the bench.

I drove past the ground before and saw someone getting off a White horse.  Welcome back Youngy

He will not be eligible to play v Alsager; as mentioned earlier players have to be registered by the Friday before the game is due to be played.
This is, however, excellent news for our League programme - Rob Williams has been half the player he was last season because he hasn't had Young next to him telling him what to do and where to be. Greg is a natural leader and might well be an appropriate on-field captain. It might take a game or two for him to get back into the Alty ways, but I don't believe he will be any less of a player than he was last year. Really encouraging news.

welcome home Greg, quite gutted and strangely insulted that York didn't seem to appreciate your undeniable talents but it's an ill wind as they say.

and well done kenny and the club for bringing the wandering sheep back to the flock.
