Aldershot Match Tread
« on: September 18, 2022, 05:05:17 PM »

Only reason I’m starting the thread so early is because we need to get as many people down on Saturday as we can. It’s an international break and both United and City fans will be without any live football.
Hope the club will be dangling the carrot of premier league season ticket holder price reductions as an enticement to lure some in.
At £19 a pop we won’t be getting much impulse buying from passing trade.

I was stood next to some casual attendees on Tuesday. They could'nt believe they'd paid £19 to get in.

Aldershot are poor. Unless there is a dramatic change to our squad, I can see another draw.

If they can get ahead I hope they have learned from the S****horpe game and don't sit back.

If Aldershot are poor not sure where that leaves Halifax.
They looked pretty handy up front five times.

Absolutely dumbstruck. I don't know what to say.

Released by Boston recently . Zak Goodson injured or out of favour already ?

Didn't follow the game so only just looked up the result. Bet that was a tense one.  Four teams on eight points now. Never a better chance to kick on and get clear.
