Are TASC running a coach to Trafford? Getting there by public transport seems to be a pain in the arse.

Tram to Stretford then bus from kingsway to flixton
Tram to deansgate then train from deansgate to urmston then ten min walk or direct train from deansgate to chassen road

Looks like the 245 or 247 is easiest. Thanks.

Unfortunately with minimum coach hire prices and so many people making there own way it just isn't viable to run a coach.

We'd have to charge at least £10 a head and from speaking to regulars it would be a low uptake as well.

We will put some details on tomorrow of alternative ways to get there should anyone be unsure.

Bus 255 from Stretford to Flixton, on the hour & half-hour from Stretford Arndale (Kingsway) stops at Flixton Girls HS at top of Shawe Road.
Train 1346 ex Deansgate gets to Urmston 1352; 1418 ex Deansgate arrives Chassen Road 1426; return from Urmston 1718 arr Deansgate 1730.

if you are all stressed as a last resort its about 18  pound in a black to the ground from alty station five people can split it and works out to £3.60 per head so will actually be as cheap if not cheaper than getting the bus
