One match ban for two yellows.
Will miss the Wrexham game unless we can reschedule the King's Lynn home game for next Saturday.
-
I must say, I saw the altercation and their captain was shown a yellow but Jake appeared to be shown a red with no yellow preceding it.
The ref is known to Torquay. You can see on their forum that he's got previous :D Fortunately he's from Dorset so we're not likely to meet him on a regular basis.
-
All the more reason to get the Kings Lynn game rearranged, given the Wrexham one is now looking like a bit of a six-pointer for us around the edge of the playoffs.
-
Still carnt really understand that red card to moult.
Didn't see anything in the video or highlights that was worthy of a yellow or red.
Video clearly shows he was shown a straight red, not a second yellow.
Seems like the ref is trying to cover himself for an error.
-
The second yellow was presumably produced out of shot and then the camera found the ref as he was following it up with the red. An utter nonsense of a decision by a fussy and pathetic referee.
I was hoping we'd arrange a game for Saturday but PP's interview with Brian suggests that, after the exertions of last night, we might well be glad of a free weekend.
-
I would that was the worst ref we've this season.
No game Saturday has its merits

The Ross Joyce of the South.
Think we had far more trouble with Mr West........hopeless, so they promoted him to EFL. Every game he officiated with us ended in controversy
