Is anyone able to provide updates on tonight's game? I am down at Tilbury Docks waiting for a ship to finish loading and I'm bored out of my mind!

King has apparently gone off injured after a "horror tackle" that went unpunished. O'Neill has also missed a one on one.

Now 1-0 Alty, Young with a header from a corner.

You're joking!?  Could we not have just played a reserve side of kids and subs in this game?  Is it worth getting injuries when we have got an almightly important two weeks coming up!!

We don't have a reserve side..Logan and Scotty are playing..thats about as reserve as we have.

Do you know what the team is?  Yeah I realise we haven't got a big enough squad but couldn't we of played the kids?  Or do they have to be registered as first team squad members??

Surely alty could use this as an example that county cups are pointless. More than suspect there is a poor attendance there tonight, so it sums up what everyone (apart from the fa) thinks about them. They are pointless, with high risk of injury/suspension and not many people want to watch it.

Its this sort of match where a few reserve players would have been ideal. This is really very little more than a training match, but with the risk of injuries as the smaller team want a scalp.

These games are sh1t and pointless, there is only local pride at stake say unless there is a final between Alty and Vics or Macc. I'd put any old team out, blood all the likely looking kids give them a game under lights at ML. Might repeat dividends.
