Double drat.

I wonder where we'd be if we had Langstaff?

Can he score enough goals to make up for the humungous number we concede?

Sounded like small margins (and Langstaff). And as Kosylo noted, we still have Marriot and Baines to come back yet!

Having watched the Alty Shorts, Parky and Co must be frustrated like us. We created plenty and as the Notts County manager said, the result could have been different if we took our chances. What might have been. We played well by the looks of it, but we need to start scoring soon, but also defend for the whole game not 99% of it. If the current squad can't do this, then change of personnel is needed sooner rather than later or we'll end up getting relegated.

Having watched the highlights we had more than enough chances to get something out of the game.

When the second went in we were always going to lose. I went and there was not two goals in that display for Alty. Bits and pieces but nothing to suggest we'd score two. Three one was just about right over 90 minutes. Notts had more to give, they played out that last 20 minutes quite happily.

When the 1st went in, we were crying for an old head to settle us down and get us to HT.
