Pub near the ground is ok but the station buffet bar is a well known and particularly good spot if you like real ales, worthy of a few and maybe a cab ride for a last pint in the pub near the ground.
Where is it best to park in Stalybridge plz ? (for the footy obviosly)
I am sure that the pub next to the ground closed a while ago?

I think you're right; as much as I like our ground it is beginning to show it's age a little bit. However, if we were to replace the shabby old roofs on our covered terracing and put a roof on the away end it would be a different matter altogether.
Trouble is these things cost money......
