Fleetwood Town can confirm striker Richard Brodie has signed a one-year loan deal from Blue Square Bet Premier champions Crawley Town.

Money well-spent for Crawley in that case then?  ::)

You'd have to say if Fleetwood can bring in a couple of mobile defenders they'll probably have another good tilt at promotion net season now.

Crawley will sign Clayton Donaldson, who to be fair, is a class above 'Baggy' Brodie

They've obviously worked out that, if they suddenly shove the sprinklers up in stoppage time, Brodie can trip over one of them and cry for a penalty.
