... and the people I've encountered there are perfectly pleasant. What they do seem to have in common with Brackley on the field is that they are hard to beat (no League defeats so far & we only have one win in four attempts - six if you include the old Moor Green club). We'll find out more next month ...

Solihull are the team of the season so far, I'd say - I'm assuming they still have a pretty modest budget. Marcus Bignot is a very impressive young manager and I wouldn't be surprised to see him being snapped up by a Conference/League Two team.
