On the non league forum seems so much dislike towards ferriby granted not great on the eye but better than some not many fans but the few they have seem ok and a wonderful little village with good pub iv had many worse away trips

It's a lovely place, decent enough club.  Can't see what anybody has against NFU or North Ferriby as a whole.

Clubs that come from nowhere once a bit of money has been pumped into them always attract resentment.

The reason I've not got a lot of time for them is they persist with the 'we're only a village team' mantra whilst at the same time are bankrolled to the extent of paying Jarman £1k a week. Their manager is on record as estimating he had one of the lowest budgets in the league while simultaneously attracting half of Gainsborough's side of the last 2 years.

At least Brackley are honest enough not to try that one.
