Hopefully it doesn’t cause problems for the club. @kaylum_green on Twitter seems to be the bloke. 21 from Wythenshawe according to his page that has endless tweets of video footage.
-
Lets hope so, I would assume he's not a regular at the ground.
Club could be charged with failure to control spectators I would imagine.. More unneeded paperwork.
-
Definitely not a regular. I think we'll be charged in some way, sadly.
-
Blokes a tool. I know it's cost more than its worth but if we get fined I'd like this clown to pay us back.
-
If anyone wants to comment on the knob who invaded the pitch during last night's match, his Twitter ID appears to be @kaylum_green
He clearly feels he needs the attention, let's give it to him.
-
Do you think he has some potential though? :-X ;D

Yeah, as a Strangeways inmate.
-
This guy is an absolute moron, and if some on here find it funny then you need to have a word with yourself.
Anyone know if he was ejected after the incident?
-
Anyone know if the club are going to take action against him, including involving the police?

Don't agree with it but does not need Police action. Police are far too busy to deal with incidents like this.
-
I presume that an official club statement will have to follow in which the asinine offender is issued with a lifetime ban from the J Davidson Stadium.
A fine for the club is inevitable.

Can we crowd find a legal case to get the cock womble to pay us back for his bellendery?

Don't think action by the club and police would be a bad thing, in that the next time there's a TV game, others may look at going that one bit further. Knowing there would be consequences, may stop this and the fact there is a named individual who may or may not be the invader, even for GMP, it wouldn't be taking up too much time to do a little investigation work!

you do realize that the police are at breaking point don't you ? And what investigation ? Seems like the lad has shouted loud it's him
-
There is a club statement on this topic on the website now.
-
Would it be possible to bury him under the Fan Zone?

Bagsy the first shovelful.
-
Good statement by the club, the lad is now banned from the ground and asked the police to bring charges.
I'd be surprised if the police do anything mind, if he'd done or said something un-PC they'd be all over it though.
-
Hopefully the prompt action by the club (and our previous clean history) will mitigate any penalty which may be imposed.

depending on referee's report, then correct the action by the club will mitigate somewhat, but there will still be some kind of penalty, maybe a fine or fine and a sanction.

When we had pitch invaders at one of the first Stockport games after their relagations and police were present at the game, They just took names and address to pass on to their Safety officer and club to deal with.
-
Only able to stage TV games every 13 years.

Bagsy the first shovelful.
Especially after his goal on debut!

You can't control this - unless you bring back perimeter fences, which is not going to happen for obvious reasons. I don't understand why the league assumes you can.
-
Whether in the opinion of certain individuals you can or cannot control this the "rules" seem to specify that a home club must do so
-
I suppose you could have members only, like the social club in Partington (or Luton Town in the 80's), although obviously I hope it wouldn't come to that. On occasions like Tuesday night though, it's very difficult to legislate for everything. I seem to remember a bit of aggro when Colwyn Bay decided to let in juveniles for free. And then there was that lad from Stockport (I think) a few years back who just liked streaking. It seems a bit unfair to hold football clubs responsible for society's problems. Short of taking robust action when such incidents do occur - as the club have done - I don't know that there's much more that can be done if someone the club knows nothing about just decides to turn up on the day.
