All this talk of the weather has reminded me: I still need to donate to the Pitch In fund!

I’d be surprised if the pitch was any worse than the first home match of the season when we played on a waterpark. If both teams want to play and the referee is as accommodating as the one v Weymouth I think they’ll press on and get it played even if conditions are far from ideal. If by the time we’ve played Torquay the pitch is ruined it’s of no consequence because it’s the last we'll see of that surface.

I think player safety would be the only reason the game would be called off at this late stage.

Yes, would be nice if club confirms game on after two days of rain... i think it must be...

I believe even if game may normally have been postponed may be played as no real dates to re-arrange unless look at Thursday as league must end next weekend...

Meant to be dry mostly today & could just put load of sand on dodgy corner near Gold Rd & new Fanzone area... if pitch gets wrecked over next three games it doesn't really matter as new surface going down in summer... plus can't be too bad if played 5-a-side tournament on part of it on Thurs in the rain... also after Bill went through all that hassle with tickets surely it wont be postponed... plus Yeovil must have set off by now... surely must be on...
