Thought this was definitely worth a mention...

After seeing the acknowledgements for GH page and following the link I was having a nosey around the site and stumbled across this. Not 100% sure who they supported but i'll try and find out.

"OK, my turn for new season predictions. Top five- Mansfield, Luton, Cambridge, R&D, and York. Outside bet-Crawley and Kiddy. Best home crowds-Luton. Best away support-Luton. Most friendly fans-Alty, and finally best ground-The Kenilworth stadium. Ok, let the abuse commence. "

Whislt, personally, I think only 3 of the top 5 will make it in there it's not a bad set of predictions.

And, I think it is testament to everybody connected with the club that we have been openly acknowledged as most friendly fans by certain people. And, so far, the person that has stated the above has had no abuse about alty being the friendliset club. So a big well done to everyone involved in making the match day experience a quality experience for both sets of fans.

Thirded.  Its certainly better than sitting in the prawn sandwich section up the road, and it's a long time since we casued so much havoc that players had to scamper down the back of the stand with a police escort.

FANTASTIC CLUB.
FANTASTIC BOARD.
FANTASTIC FANS.
FANTASTIC ALTY.

Fourthed - any positive recognition for the club is a good thing - it might also bring a few extra away supporters.
