Title: Interesting note about Tuesday nights replay at Tamworth
Post by: Ballers on December 17, 2006, 12:35:09 AM
From their official site

Tamworth will play host to Altrincham on Tuesday 19th December 2006 in a FA Trophy replay at The Lamb, Tamworth. Vouchers for the FA Cup fixture will be issused at this fixture.

---

Basically for their next 2 home games, they are giving vouchers out for priority in buying Norwich tickets, i.e. If you go to both you're 1st in line and if you go to 1 then you're next in line after that.

Hopefully this will encourage the locals to turn up and bosst the attendance somewhat as we get halfthe gate receipts.

Otherwise there will be 600 there with Tamworth giving the gate as 463. >:(

Actually hopefully the glory hunting locals won't turn up as I expect they'll be mongs par excellence, surpassing even todays clowns ::)

Not Sure, there was a bit of heckling I think, but not many of them!!

We still had 2 or 3 good chances to score, Colin was the main culprit.

There was about 10ish "clowns"; one had a giant foam hand which he proceeded to pick his nose with - nice. The "ringleader" looked like Barry Chuckle crossed with Rab C Nesbit - he could hardly stand for most of the game, they were the only "adults" the rest looked about 10.

They seamed to enjoy their day out, not supporting their team, and failing to heckle us.

To be honest watching them was more interesting than the game!!
