Telford will be a hard task , I would be happy to come away with a point.

Just listened to there managers interview on twitter re there game at Chorley yesterday.
I got the impression they are slow starters but then pickup...
He reckons they owe us one !!

Rain showers forecast for Telford Monday and Tues. Should be dry for kick off.

Telford 2-2 Alty. Hulme & Ceesay
Att 1427

Cmon Alty.

Richman played really well but I would go Dens if Hampson is injured.

I would imagine Hampson is out. As good as Richman has been when filling in at rb I think Densmore will start there.

We had a very attacking bench on Saturday. Is Sass-Davies still injured?

Very tough match, Tuesday evening away to a good team. Would take a point.

Telford 1-1 Alty. Ceesay

Tell really isn’t a far journey. Let’s hope as many as possible can get over there. Easily doable with even a 6:15 departure. They’ll need us behind them tomorrow night

Always hard work at their place. A point wouldn't be a disaster, but play like we did Saturday and we can bring all three home. I'm driving, and spending an hour or so in various stops along the way

Telford 90+1 with the equaliser

Yeah but still a decent point.

Was it a second yellow from anyone there?

According to matchday updates it was a second yellow. I can’t work out the equaliser though as it says Thompson saved a pen but it went under his body and in??

As gutting as it is, I think that was our hardest remaining game. Come on Alty!!!

Didn't go can't comment on the game. Always feels like you've missed a trick when you concede a late equaliser.

Great point though and would have taken it at at 7-45pm.

The red card is proper blow

That’s a blow conceding so late but you’d have taken 4/6 out of Telford this season all day long, they gave Orient two very tough games in the FAT the other week. Sounds like TT was very unlucky not to save the pen as well. White has been one of our best this season but two yellows normally means a 1 game ban so hopefully we can cope.

The concern would now be for Saturday, a physical Chorley side who have had their feet up midweek whilst we’ve been slogging it out with 10 men away from home. Might be some scope to rotate the team.

Good result for us at Chester too, think you can safely say that’s them out of play off contention now.

Only one match ban though for two Yellows.

Two yellows. First a definite booking, looked like studs into torso going for ball? Second was soft. Winger got away from White and he pulled him down trying to make up ground I think.

Penalty was saved and bundled home, crept in under Thompson.

Gutting because we defended so well. Shows how far we’ve come at the back this season. Point gained but three would have been superb, I’d have fancied us to make it 0-2 on the break with 11 men.

Hannigan, Jones, Ceesay, Moult outstanding.

On a scale from 1 to 10, Jones was a 10, Thompson was a 9, and the referee was a big fat zero. Normally I'd be delighted with a point at Telford, but tonight we were robbed by weak refereeing - he allowed himself to be intimidated by their players.

I only live up the road from that sh*t hole
sh*t club, sh*t fans. sh*t pitch.
But the biggest piece of sh*t was ---------- Yep you've got it, The Officials.

I predicted a draw so happy with the point.
Re-group for Saturday and we go again..

Forgot to mention Thompson, I was shattered. He was quality and we owe going 1-0 up to him quite a bit.

Thompson has been fantastic since Drench arrived.

What game does White miss?

Telford were a big physical side but our defence was coping well. Until the substitutions it was 50:50. By making the changes and sitting back invited the opposition to come forward which inevitably lead to the goal. Still 1 1 was just about fair. SBL

Bit of a sickener we didn’t hold on, for all telfords possession they didn’t really create many clear cut chances. I thought we played very well, and weren’t helped by a poor set of officials. Rare that you see parky so quick to approach a referee post match. We go again, two more tough games in quick succession. But we’ve got to beat these sides if we want to dine at the top table

After they equalised our bench was carded for to.e wasting. Any idea who received it? He appeared to show yellow followed by red

Altrincham ended up with six yellow cards, two of which were shown to White, and one to the already substituted John Johnston on the bench.

Telford have always been a big physical outfit. They also like to intimidate the officials. Not my favourite team.

I agree. Big side but they don't seem to have progressed much since the lump and run days of Liam Watson.......  SBL
