Maybe the loss of this gentleman after 30 mins was the difference between the 2 Oxford performances:

The BBC reports that "Oxford will be without new striker Craig McAllister for between four and six weeks following his hamstring injury in the 1-0 defeat by Weymouth. The 27-year-old Scot limped off after half an hour of Tuesday's home defeat"
