Information needed- Dec. 18th

Looks as if the next match we can go to will be the Burton Albion one. Thought it was the 20th. Now I have been on the official website and it is on Thursday 18th- IS THAT RIGHT???

The thing is  I also wanted to go to Carol Service the chaplain is doing in the Noel White Suite- but it says it starts at 8-15pm- and that would clash with the match. Can't do both unless we invent some carols- "We Three Stars of Alty Are" , " While Coburn watched his goal by night...???"  "O little team of Altrincham, how many you will score..........." etc..... "Ding Dong Merrily on high- the Alty fans are singing????"   


I can't be at the match today  :(  he's got man-flu.  ;) No- it is quite bad actually!!
So- I'll be following on BBC Live text- I'll try and cheer the lads on loudly- we're only 30 minutes drive away!!

Actually- it WASN'T on the official website - it's on BBC- wonder if they've got it wrong???

If anyone knows for sure - please let me know- either way I want to go and watch the game AND go to the Carol Service and get my mince pie!!!! ;)

The Burton game will be on the 18th (for broadcast on Setanta) IF neither Burton or ourselves get a draw in our FA Trophy games on the 13th. If either teams does get a draw, the Alty v Burton game will revert to the 20th.

How all this affects the Carol service, I don't know.
