WHERE'S THE MIDFIELD??????!!!!!!!

WHERE'S THE MIDFIELD??????!!!!!!!
On the injured list - it is, I fear, a statement of the blindingly obvious, but take Richman out and the engine doesn't just seize up, it disappears, and remove Clee from the left & you have the squarest of pegs (Lawrie) attempting to fill a round hole. As I don't believe either Simon or Nicky will be available tomorrow evening I have to say that I shall be travelling to Nethermoor in hope rather than expectation.
-
I wouldn't want lawrie taking out of the team, but surely Ryan crowther needs to be given the left wing berth when clee is unavailable, tomorrow id go
Dens...........Havern....Marshell.....Griffin
.............................Griffith
Sinnott...................Moult......Crowther
............................Lawrie
............................Reeves
-
I cant see Rankine or Okeefe being dropped just yet but agree with the selection,
-
There's no way Rankne won't start no matter what formation we use
-
Well we won't win many matches playing 4 4 2 and win less without reeves
-
Fully fit and what I've briefly seen I would go....
COBURN
DENSMORE HAVERN LEATHER GRIFFIN
MOULT RICHMAN
BOWERMAN LAWRIE CLEE
REEVES
-
Not quite sure how you can justify leaving Marshall and Sinnott out after their performances on Saturday. Likewise, what on earth you saw to justify starting Bowerman I don't know. I suspect he won't even be as prolific in front of goal than Gillespie!
-
I like the balance and look of the side id be at a loss who to play right mid maybe Sinnott on saturdays showing

All very well if they are fit,I'd start clee and Rankine tomorrow if clee was fit, but I think we may have to go one upfront as lawrie as good as he is, is a passenger on the left
-
Yeah Bowerman would be a gamble as I've not seen enough but he has energy and closes defenders down - defend from the front. Yeah after Saturday you would stick with the back 4 and Sinnot.
-
I am more than a touch confused as to why people would leave Rankine out. He held the ball up well, linked play excellently, his flick ons in general went toward our players and, on more than one occasion he battled three or four defenders, retained the ball and then switched play.
Can someone please enlighten me
Thanks

Quite simple Phil.. It's all about opinions... I never rated Perry but plenty on here did..
I don't like to see Lawrie wide left but the manager thinks it works.
Opinions mate. There will be different formations touted on here if we lose at Guisely tomorrow..
-
Some one has to be sacrificed for some width with clee not available. Lawrie is a passenger on the left, he should be in the team, and his best place is in the hole. Maybe one up top away from home will make us more solid. I would play both reeves and Rankine if clee was fit
-
If we play 4 4 2 week in week out Pete we will go down like we would've done last season if we carried on playing it
-
Would defo go 4 5 1 - this is my team on the understanding that Richman and Clee are unfit to play
Coburn
Leather Luca Marshall Griffin
Griffith
Densmore Moult Crowther
Lawrie
Reeves
Subs:
Rankine
Bowerman
Swift
Heathcote
Deasy
