This one is REALLY interesting. Crawley Town have released Lewis Killeen and Danny Forrest, both ex Halifax. Both players want to move back North.

However Killeen has specifically said that he wants to go part time........................................

28 years old.  According to Soccer base he was booked twice last season & scored twice. Scored 6 the previous season.  I hope he was a sub & therefore didn't make too many appearances cos that's a cr*p record for a forward.  I don't really care if he spent all his time creating space for others - his record at finding the net is not good enough.

Full marks for his desire to move away from creepy crawley.

Wikipedia (not the most reliable source) has his senior record as 45 goals in 249 games.

He's not a striker ! Both he and Forrest are midfield players.

Killeen is definately a forward. Halifax have high hopes of him returning to The Shay so i suppose it depends if he still wants to play at the top level of Non League football because i should imagine they'll be able to offer better wages.

Suppose he's got unfinished business at Halifax too.
